Membership & Services
All purchases of memberships and services are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds are not available for change of mind.
Refunds or alternative services will be provided in cases where services are not delivered as promised or are faulty.
Retail Products (In-Club or Online Purchaes)
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items are eligible for exchange or full refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to appear.
