Membership & Services

  • All purchases of memberships and services are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.

  • Refunds or alternative services will be provided in cases where services are not delivered as promised or are faulty.

Retail Products (In-Club or Online Purchaes)

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items are eligible for exchange or full refund.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to appear.
